NeuroPharmaca was founded by Dr. Michael Fitzmaurice, a board certified surgeon with additional training and certification in both Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery. As one of the most experienced endoscopic hand surgeons in the Country, Dr. Fitzmaurice has performed thousands of surgical procedures with a strong track record of success.

Dr. Fitzmaurice specializes in performing minimally-invasive, endoscopic nerve procedures. His expertise has provided thousands of people relief from carpal tunnel, trigger finger, tennis elbow and thumb arthritis. His passion for patient care and innovative techniques has re-defined the specialty of peripheral nerve surgery, and made him one of the most sought-after hand surgeons in the country. Early in his career, Dr. Fitzmaurice realized that more needed to be done to help patients recover from nerve surgeries and injury. He has invested tremendous effort to develop innovative new ways to help people get relief from symptoms of neuropathy, and to provide the body with components necessary to stimulate new nerve regeneration.

Dr. Fitzmaurice is president and founder of The Fitzmaurice Hand Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and has designed and patented the EndoTech® surgical instrumentation system. This new breakthrough technology significantly improves effectiveness and safety. In his relentless pursuit of innovation, each facet of his patient care is constantly reviewed and provided to his patients with their health and happiness in mind.
